Health Department, churches team up for H1N1 vaccinations (Lake County News-Sun)

The Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center willsponsor three free H1N1 shot clinics at Shalem Seventh Day AdventistChurch, St. Matthews Church and Shiloh Baptist Church.
